Adjustable strap adjusts the tension to pull your toes back towards the ankle, with just the right pressure. Very comfortable to wear. Soft and breathable material of 50% spandex/40% terry/10% neoprene. Hand wash. Imported. For right or left foot. Anti-slip sole give you good traction if you need to get up during the night.
